‘I’ve been very interested in learning about the human body,’ says Veronica of why she wanted to study nursing. ‘My university advisor has spoken very highly of Deakin because they’re well known for their School of Nursing and Midwifery.’

Deakin offers nursing in Melbourne, Geelong and Warrnambool. Coming from China, Veronica felt that  ‘a regional place was perfect for me because I wanted a quieter place away from the city. That’s why I’ve chosen Warrnambool campus.’

Deakin is ranked #16 in the world for nursing in ShanghaiRanking’s Ranking of Academic Subjects 2023.
